Know the Condition - Change Before Failure

Most plants prefer to maximize the life of molds and components while at the same time avoiding any scrap logs. Not only does iCast keeps track of mold life but can also interface with graphite condition data to take advantage of iCast algorithms to predict when molds should be changed based on ring condition. Factory test data from suppliers like Saturn Division of Gerken can be directly interfaced with iCast.

Configuration

iCast is a web-based information system available on a subscription basis. Access to the system is through a browser. No local IT support is required and all users benefit from periodic system upgrades.

Availability

iCast basic is available now - this systems provides basic mold and component tracking capability.
